Everything else we make

Handmade cards

Cut, layered and assembled by hand for whatever the occasion is — including the ones the shops don't make a card for.

Made for the occasion

Every card is cut on the same machine we use for the vinyl, then layered and finished by hand. That means you're not picking from a rack — if you want a card with someone's dog on it, or a joke only four people will understand, that's exactly what these are for.

Single cards, matching sets, and larger runs for weddings and christenings. Envelopes included, and we'll leave the cards blank inside unless you tell us what to put there.

What it costs

Single cardfrom £5
Set of fivefrom £20
Invitations, per card, for orders of 20 or morefrom £2.50
Elaborate or layered designsquoted

Postage is £1.50, or free over £15. Larger runs work out considerably cheaper per card, because the design work only happens once.

For weddings and christenings, ask early — a run of fifty invitations is a real amount of hand assembly, and we'd rather not rush it.

What we're asked for most

Popular

  • Birthdays, with a photo or a pet
  • Wedding and christening invitations
  • New home, new baby, new job
  • Anniversaries, with a date or a year
  • Sympathy cards, kept simple
  • The occasions nobody makes a card for

We can't do

  • Exact copies of a commercial card
  • Licensed characters we can't sell
  • Hundreds at a few days' notice
  • Anything needing printed photographs inside

How it goes

  1. Tell us the occasion And anything that should be on it — a name, a date, a photo, an in-joke.
  2. We design it And send you a picture of the plan before we cut anything.
  3. You say yes Change anything you like at that point — it costs nothing before it's cut.
  4. We make it and post it A few days for a single card, longer for a big run.

Tell us about the card

The occasion, anything that should be on it, and when you need it by.

Add a picture JPG or PNG, up to 12MB each — up to four

If you'd like a pet or a person on it, a clear photo helps.

We'll reply by email, usually within a couple of days. Nothing is charged and nothing is made until you've seen what you're getting and agreed a price. We only use your details to reply about this enquiry.
