We ask everyone a few questions a week after their order arrives. These are their words, used with their permission.
Nothing here yet — we've only just reopened. The questions go out automatically after every order, and we'll put the answers up as they come in, good and bad.
Who's making this
We're a husband-and-wife team in Barnsley, making everything from our own workshop at home. One of us builds the software; the other turns the designs into things you can hold.
Most of what you see here doesn't exist until you ask us to make it. You design it, you approve it, and then we make it — just the two of us, start to finish.
Everything is made here
Printed, pressed, cut and crocheted in our own workshop — not ordered in and re-labelled. The software runs on our machines too, so your photos and designs stay with us.

Every order gets a render or a proof before anything is made. If it isn't right, say so — one round of changes is included.

The software that designs these runs on a computer in our workshop. Your photos aren't sent to an AI company, or to anyone else, to make your design. How we make things
Nothing charged until you're happy
You agree the price before we start, and it doesn't change afterwards unless you ask for something different.

Ask us a question, tell us about an order, or ask for something we don't list — an odd request, a set of something, a thing you've seen and can't find anywhere. If it can be printed, cut, pressed or crocheted, it's worth asking.
We'll reply by email, usually within a couple of days. Nothing is charged and nothing is made until you've seen it and agreed a price. We only use your details to reply about this.
