Crochet, made by hand
Every piece is crocheted by hand, one stitch at a time, by one person. That's slow — genuinely slow — so these work differently from everything else we make.
Two ways to get one
Ready made. Pieces go on the shop page as they're finished. If one's there, it's made, it's photographed, and it posts within a day or two. That's the quickest way, and there's only ever one of each.
Made to order. Tell us what you'd like and we'll make it for you. Allow four to six weeks — that isn't us being careful, it's how long the work takes.

Quoted properly once we know what you're after. Yarn, size and how much detail you want all move it, and we'll always agree the price before starting.
We'll tell you honestly if what you want would cost more than you'd want to pay. Nobody benefits from a quote that surprises you.

- Exact copies of another maker's design
- Licensed characters we can't sell
- Anything needed inside a month
- Very large pieces — a metre-plus is months, not weeks
How it goes
- You tell us what you'd like A picture helps enormously — of the thing itself, or something close to what you have in mind.
- We talk it through Size, colours, yarn. We'll say what's realistic and what it'll cost, and how long the queue is.
- You agree the price Nothing is charged until you do. You approve and pay in one go, and we start making it once it's paid.
- It gets made Four to six weeks, sometimes longer for bigger pieces. We'll send photos along the way.
- It comes to you Packed by hand, posted, and we'd love a photo when it arrives.
Looking after it
Hand wash only, cool, and dry flat — a machine will felt and distort the stitches, and there's no undoing that. Keep pieces with safety eyes away from very small children, and out of direct sun if you'd rather the colours stayed put.

We'll reply by email, usually within a couple of days. Nothing is charged and nothing is made until you've seen what you're getting and agreed a price. We only use your details to reply about this enquiry.
