A couple of notes
If any of these matter to you, just say so in the notes when you order, or get in touch afterwards — we can usually work them in by hand and send you a preview before printing.
Size and colours
Sizes are approximate. To print successfully we sometimes have to thicken thin parts — a tail, a wing edge, a weapon — or adjust proportions slightly, so the finished figure can come out a few millimetres either side of the height you picked.
Estimated price
An estimate from the rough model above. The final price is set once the proper model is made and sliced, and we'll confirm it with you before anything is charged.
You'll see a proper render before anything prints, and we aim to get the figure as close to it as we can. It's printed and finished by hand, so expect faint layer lines and a little surface texture — but if it turns up unlike the render you approved, that's on us and we'll put it right.

We'll model your figure, then send you the finished 3D render to approve before anything is printed.
How this works and what you're agreeing to
Two stages. Placing an order doesn't charge you: it reserves your figure and books the machine time. We then model it properly and email you the finished render with the final price. You approve it and pay on one page, and nothing is printed until you have.
The picture and the 3D view are drafts. They're made automatically in about a minute. The finished figure will differ — usually it's better, because we tidy it by hand, but small details may change and some can't survive printing at this size.
Prices are estimates. The figure hasn't been sliced yet, so the quote is approximate. We'll confirm the real price with the final render. If it's gone up and you'd rather not, that's fine.
Changes. One round of changes is included after you see the render. Beyond that we'll talk about it — we'd rather get it right than send you something you don't want.
Handmade objects. These are 3D printed and finished by hand. Expect visible layer lines, small seams where parts are joined, and slight variation between pieces. That's normal for the process, not a fault.
Please don't order copyrighted characters. We can't make figures of characters from films, games or comics. We check every order by hand and will refuse and refund anything that looks like one.
Your details. We use your name, email and address only to make and send your order, and to reply to you about it. We only share them with the services that deliver your order (payments and email), and we don't send marketing. Ask us any time and we'll delete them.
Refunds. Because each figure is made to your description, we can't take returns once printed unless it's faulty or not what you approved. If something's wrong when it arrives, send us a photo and we'll sort it.
