Vinyl stickers and decals

Cut from proper outdoor vinyl, not printed on paper. For cars, windows, laptops, walls, water bottles and anything else that'll hold still long enough.

Cut, not printed

These are cut from coloured vinyl on a cutting machine, so each colour is a separate piece of material rather than ink on a background. That's why they look sharp from any distance and why there's no white border unless you ask for one.

It also means the design needs clean edges. A shape, a logo, lettering, an outline drawing — all ideal. A photograph can't be cut, though we can often turn one into a single-colour silhouette that works beautifully.

Outdoor vinyl lasts around five years on a car or a window without fading or lifting. Indoor-only vinyl is cheaper and comes in more finishes, so tell us where it's going and we'll use the right one.

Postage is £1.50 for stickers on their own, or free on orders over £15. Multiples of the same design are much cheaper — the setup is the slow part, not the cutting.

Small single stickers are only really worth posting in twos and threes, so if you're after just one, it's worth thinking about whether you'd use a couple more.

What works

Cuts well

  • Logos, names and lettering
  • Bold shapes and outlines
  • Line drawings with clear edges
  • Designs in one to three colours
  • Silhouettes made from a photo

Doesn't cut well

  • Photographs, as photographs
  • Fine gradients and soft shading
  • Very thin lines — under about 2 mm they lift
  • Tiny lettering — it won't weed out cleanly
  • Anything with hundreds of separate pieces

How it goes

  1. Send the design Or describe it — we can draw up simple lettering and shapes from a description.
  2. We check it cuts We'll tell you if anything's too fine, and suggest the smallest size it'll work at.
  3. We quote Size, colours, quantity and where it's going.
  4. We cut and post Usually within a few days. Application tape included, with instructions — they're easier to apply than they look.

A picture of the design, or just a description if it's lettering. Tell us the size and where it's going.

A clear picture of the design is enough — we don't need a special file format.

We'll reply by email, usually within a couple of days. Nothing is charged and nothing is made until you've seen what you're getting and agreed a price. We only use your details to reply about this enquiry.
